📋 Description

• Lead programmatic direction and strategy for US Entrepreneurship in the Delta.
• Oversee fundraising and partnership strategy to grow Delta programs.
• Manage budgeting, financial health, and funder reporting.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a diverse, high-performing team.
• Represent the team externally; build strategic cross-sector alliances.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep knowledge of US entrepreneurship system; Delta states (AR/LA/MS).
• Strong partnerships with foundations, government, donors, private sector.
• Experience leading and growing remote teams while managing priorities.
• Extensive budget development and multi-project financial management.
• Understanding US funding landscape; securing diverse funding (govt & philanthropy).
• Based in Northwest Arkansas or willing to relocate to Arkansas.
