Director, US Market Access Strategic Evidence

📋 Description

• Identify strategic access data and evidence priorities based on market dynamics and reimbursement
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customer-facing teams to understand segment needs and
• Develop and execute strategic evidence plans using real-world evidence to support market access
• Apply and evaluate emerging AI and machine learning methodologies to complex healthcare datasets
• Coordinate evidence strategies with Market Access functions and cross-functional teams
• Present evidence and recommendations clearly to diverse internal and external stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in scientific discipline required; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years experience in life sciences and market access with data and analytics
• Strong preference for hematology and/or solid tumor oncology experience
• Strong understanding of AI methodologies including machine learning, NLP, predictive analytics
• Experience with claims/EMR data vendors, IDNs, health systems, GPOs, or large practices
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder leadership skills
