Lead UX strategy and design for Foundation pillar (trial, activation, onboarding, packaging)
Maintain Foundation UX quality bar across all surfaces
Manage design capacity planning: scoped, estimated, sequenced work
Co-own product direction in the Foundation triad with PM/Eng
Lead cross-pillar design coordination; resolve seams before shipping
Partner with Head of UX on hiring, org planning, and quality standards

🎯 Requirements

10–12+ years in product design, UX, or related field
Proven track record managing and growing a design team
UX lead in a product triad; co-own roadmap with PM and Eng
History of defining and enforcing a quality bar
Experience with developer tools or self-serve B2B SaaS
Strong communication; advocate for users under pressure
