📋 Description

• Platform Strategy & Ownership: define vision, architecture, and roadmap for MongoDB's web platform.
• AEM & Digital Experience: lead migration to Adobe Experience Manager and personalize content.
• Engineering Excellence: Agile, CI/CD, release mgmt, QA, automation, governance.
• Team Leadership: lead globally distributed engineers and contractor partners.
• AI & Innovation: pilot generative AI, conversational experiences, workflow automation.
• Experience Optimization: partner to deliver high-converting digital experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years leading large-scale web platform engineering or enterprise website modernization.
• Deep expertise with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites and content modeling.
• Experience with the broader Adobe ecosystem (Target, RT-CDP, AEM Assets) preferred.
• Demonstrated success applying AI technologies, LLMs, or generative workflows.
• Proven people leader with distributed teams incl. internal/contractor.
• Strong execution across roadmap planning, Agile delivery, release mgmt, and continuous improvement.
