Director, Website Marketing

📋 Description

• Define and own the vision/strategy for NinjaTrader.com and sub-sites.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Brand, and Engineering on SEO and AEO; manage migrations and launches.
• Own CRO strategy and a testing roadmap to improve funnel and conversions.
• Lead and develop a high-performing website team (web dev, CRO, content).
• Monitor site health: Core Web Vitals; ensure performance, crawlability, indexing.
• Pull and synthesize performance reports; provide executive-ready insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in SEO/website marketing or digital strategy; proven end-to-end ownership.
• Proven impact through website initiatives: organic growth, CRO, funnel performance.
• Experience turning strategy into actionable roadmaps; cross-functional leadership.
• Deep SEO expertise: technical SEO, site architecture, content, intl SEO (hreflang), AEO, GEO.
• Hands-on with CMS and analytics/SEO tools (GA4, GSC, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog); data-driven mindset.
• Strong product/program management, prioritization, and cross-stream execution.
