Minimum 10+ years of HR technology project implementation experience with proven results in
Minimum 5+ years developing and coaching technical or operational teams.
Minimum bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or a related technical field.
Deep expertise in Workday, including Core HCM, Total Rewards, Talent Management, Time and Absence
Experience embedding AI and automation capabilities natively within Workday to improve employee
Experience with a global/international company with employee populations across multiple regions.
