Director, Workday Solutions

📋 Description

• Lead the vision, roadmap, and strategic direction for core Workday HR technologies including Core
• Embed AI and automation natively within Workday to advance HR through process efficiency
• Lead the evolution of employee and manager self-service capabilities through automation, AI-powered
• Build and execute detailed implementation plans including discovery, design, QA/testing
• Establish effective intake, prioritization, and governance frameworks for HR technology investments
• Act as key liaison between internal customers, technical resources, and vendors

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of HR technology project implementation experience
• Minimum 5+ years developing and coaching technical or operational teams
• Minimum bachelor's degree in technology, business, or related technical field
• Deep expertise in Workday, including Core HCM, Total Rewards, Talent Management, Time and Absence
• Experience embedding AI and automation capabilities natively within Workday
• Experience with a global/international company
