Director, Worldwide Tax

📋 Description

• Lead the worldwide tax function across U.S. federal, state and local, international, transfer
• Develop and execute tax strategies designed to appropriately manage global cash taxes, effective
• Serve as the primary tax advisor to the CFO and Finance leadership on significant business
• Monitor global tax developments and evaluate their impact on business operations, legal entities
• Lead and develop a team of four tax professionals while managing relationships with external tax
• Oversee international tax planning, compliance, legal entity structuring, restructuring, and entity

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive tax experience, including substantial U.S. corporate and international tax
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. federal and international taxation, including GILTI, FDII
• Strong understanding of ASC 740 and the impact of taxation on U.S. GAAP financial statements.
• Experience with multinational organizations, global transfer pricing, intercompany arrangements
• Experience with state and local income taxes and indirect taxes.
