Director, Worldwide Tax

📋 Description

• Lead the worldwide tax function, covering U.S. federal, state and local, international, transfer
• Develop and execute global tax strategies addressing cash taxes, effective tax rate, tax risk
• Serve as a senior tax advisor to the CFO and finance leadership on strategic decisions
• Monitor global tax developments and assess their implications for businesses, legal entities, cash
• Partner closely with Accounting, Treasury, Legal, Corporate Development, and international finance
• Lead, develop, and mentor the internal tax team while managing relationships with external tax

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
• CPA strongly preferred; an MST or other relevant advanced degree is an advantage.
• 8+ years of progressive tax experience, including significant U.S. corporate and international tax
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. federal and international taxation, including GILTI, FDII
• Experience with multinational organizations, global transfer pricing, intercompany arrangements
• Strong understanding of ASC 740 and the tax implications for U.S. GAAP financial statements.
