🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in disability claims adjudication, disability
• Experience with at least one disability program, such as group short-term disability, group
• Strong understanding of how contract definitions, elimination periods, offsets
• Ability to assess medical, occupational, vocational, and financial evidence and develop defensible
• Excellent written analytical skills, balanced professional judgment, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to distinguish appropriately between insurance adjudication, clinical assessment, and legal
