📋 Description

• provide managerial oversight and operation of a segment or portion of a segment of business
• responsibility for personnel, program, coordination of services and supports and the maintenance of
• assure that services are in compliance with licensure and regulation standards
• assure the ongoing presence of choices in the participants’ lives
• maintain responsibility for the management/supervision of all personnel in designated area of
• participate in the development and implementation of a comprehensive training program for personnel

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field
• 5+ years prior experience providing support and services to individuals with intellectual
• 5+ years supervisory experience
