Operate equipment safely, including the industrial dishwasher.
Work as a team player and assist kitchen staff during peak hours.
Assist with trash runs
Ensure glass and mug racks are maintained, organized and clean
Ensure glassware, silverware, dishes, and restaurant food holding and prep equipment are cleaned thoroughly
Carry out instructions of kitchen management
Adhere to cleanliness and sanitation standards
Contribute to a safe and clean working environment
Perform other duties as assigned
