Dispatcher

📋 Description

• Receive, evaluate, and manage service requests via phone, email, chat
• Assess equipment issues and communicate urgency to technicians
• Dispatch and coordinate field resources per procedures and SLAs
• Set priorities and escalate critical issues to management
• Maintain accurate records in field-service and dispatch systems
• Support 24/365 coverage including after-hours and weekends

🎯 Requirements

• College degree and ~3 years related experience or equivalent
• Previous dispatching experience preferred
• Familiarity with field service or dispatch software is an advantage
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry (45-50 WPM)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver's license required
