Dispatcher

📋 Description

• Coordinate daily schedules for HVAC and plumbing technicians, ensuring service calls are assigned
• Dispatch technicians as jobs are completed, balance workloads, and help optimize routes and
• Communicate scheduling updates, estimated arrival times, and service expectations so customers know
• Schedule return appointments when parts arrive and help get jobs completed as quickly as possible.
• Coordinate on-call technician schedules and communicate maintenance agreement details to customers
• Maintain up-to-date customer records and service information.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of dispatching experience.
• Call center experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
• A customer-first mindset and a knack for solving problems under pressure.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where schedules and priorities can change throughout
