Create and manage daily transportation schedules; adjust for cancellations and add-ons.
Perform active dispatching to support daily operations.
Maintain daily call logs for operational tracking and communication.
Monitor HUB inquiries and update schedules per Direct Line changes.
Document cancellations/no-shows and inform the clinic; weekend coverage as needed.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; experience may substitute.
At least 4 years in public or private transportation.
At least 2 years as a dispatcher.
Valid state driver's license and vehicle insurance.
DMV pull notice, random testing; pass DOJ/FBI background; DOT exam.
Eligibility to drive under WelbeHealth's auto insurance; typically 25+.
