Dispatcher

📋 Description

• Create and manage daily transportation schedules, adjusting for cancellations/add-ons.
• Perform active dispatching to support daily transportation operations.
• Maintain a daily call log for operational tracking and communication.
• Monitor and respond to HUB inquiries and operational requests.
• Update schedules based on Direct Line changes and updates.
• Provide timely documentation of cancellations or no-shows to the clinic.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency; experience may substitute.
• 4+ years in public or private transportation.
• 2+ years as a dispatcher.
• Current valid state driver's license and vehicle insurance.
• DMV pull notice; random drug/alcohol testing; background check; DOT physical.
• Eligible to drive under WelbeHealth auto insurance; generally 25+.
