Disputes Analyst

📋 Description

• Investigate telecom-related customer, vendor, or carrier disputes by reviewing billing records
• Analyze CABS invoices, access charges, usage records, LD/IXC billing, and intercarrier settlement
• Review, interpret, and apply FCC tariffs, PUC tariffs, and contractual agreements to validate
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (billing operations, network, finance, carrier relations
• Prepare detailed case summaries, financial analyses, and recommendations for dispute outcomes.
• Process approved adjustments, credits, or escalations based on telecom billing standards and policy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Telecommunications, or related field (preferred
• Telecom dispute knowledge is a must, including access billing, intercarrier compensation, and
• Minimum 2 years of experience with CABS (Carrier Access Billing System) including analysis of
• Must have experience with Telecom FCC tariffs, PUC tariffs, and contractual agreements, with the
• 2+ years of experience in dispute resolution, telecom billing analysis, revenue assurance, or
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
