Disputes Analyst

📋 Description

• Review billing records, tariffs, contracts, switch data, and supporting documentation to
• Analyze CABS invoices, access charges, usage records, LD/IXC billing, and intercarrier settlement
• Interpret and apply FCC tariffs, PUC tariffs, and contractual agreements to validate charges and
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (billing operations, network, finance, carrier relations
• Prepare detailed case summaries, financial analyses, and recommendations for dispute outcomes
• Process approved adjustments, credits, or escalations based on telecom billing standards and policy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Telecommunications, or related field (preferred)
• Telecom dispute knowledge including access billing, intercarrier compensation, and billing variance
• Minimum 2 years of experience with CABS (Carrier Access Billing System)
• Experience with Telecom FCC tariffs, PUC tariffs, and contractual agreements
• 2+ years in dispute resolution, telecom billing analysis, revenue assurance, or intercarrier
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
