📋 Description

• Define long-term tech strategy for Homefeed, Search, and AI Assistant.
• Roadmap for unifying signals and models across surfaces.
• Lead design of large-scale retrieval and ranking systems.
• Architect LLM integration with core discovery stack.
• Set direction for experiments, metrics, and causal inference.
• Hands-on design, reviews, prototyping; drive strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in large-scale systems or ML with impact in search/recs.
• Proven Distinguished Engineer or Architect or senior tech leader.
• Deep expertise in two: retrieval/ranking, embeddings, LLMs, or search systems.
• Experience driving multi-year architectural transformations at scale.
• Strong product intuition; cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.
