Distinguished Engineer, Reactor Systems

📋 Description

• Provide technical authority on reactor systems vision and architecture.
• Lead design philosophy, integration strategy, and technical decisions.
• Drive consistency across design, analysis, testing, and deployment.
• Guide architecture, requirements, interfaces, verification plans.
• Resolve cross-disciplinary issues: vessel, hydraulics, safety, I&C.
• Develop standards, methodologies, and design best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 20+ years in nuclear reactor design and systems engineering.
• BS or higher in Mechanical or Nuclear Eng or related field.
• Led major technical scope across complex engineering programs.
• Technical authority with advanced reactor tech contributions preferred.
• Experience with ASME BPVC, ANSI, ASTM; NQA-1 desired.
• Proficient with 3D CAD (SolidWorks, AVEVA) and FEA/CFD tools.
