📋 Description

• Own design, implement, rollout, and operate production systems at scale.
• Work across Go and Rust; build edge APIs and dashboards.
• Build geo-boundary, compliant distributed systems for global data.
• Ship end-to-end features with ownership from design to ops.
• Maintain reliability through on-call, incidents, and post-mortems.
• Communicate clearly across time zones with well-written docs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years designing, building, operating distributed systems at scale.
• Proficiency in Go, Rust, or C/C++; willingness to work in others.
• Fundamentals: consistency, replication, partitioning, failure modes.
• API design experience (REST or gRPC); relational DBs; async messaging.
• On-call ownership, incident response, post-mortems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across time zones.
