Distribution Center Manager

📋 Description

• Primary contact for 3PL distribution partners.
• Monitor 3PL performance across service, cost, capacity, KPIs.
• Lead regular business reviews with 3PL partners.
• Align 3PL with Alo's plans, forecasts, and peak strategies.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation during peak periods.
• Be on-site at 3PL facilities to drive execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Admin, or related field; or 5+ years experience.
• Proven leadership in 3PL, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics.
• Experience managing both e-commerce (DTC) and retail/wholesale fulfillment.
• Strong DC operations, supply chain management, and metrics understanding.
• Experience managing budgets, reconciliations, accruals, and cost controls.
• Demonstrated cross-functional project leadership in fast-paced environments.
