Distribution Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations of centralized distribution: receiving, storage, inventory, shipments.
• Lead daily distribution ops across inbound, outbound, and supporting departments.
• Assign work to associates to ensure productivity, safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, and training for new associates.
• Improve performance by establishing KPIs and streamlining processes to reduce costs.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled on time.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in distribution mgmt; at least 2 years in leadership.
• Experience in high-volume or multi-location distribution environment.
• Experience with performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Associate's degree related to distribution preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to motivate and direct activities of a team.
• Strong PC skills: MS Office, MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
