Distribution Partner Program Manager

📋 Description

• Define and evolve the global distribution partner program structure and tiers
• Design the program within guardrails set by the Director, Partner Program
• Conduct competitive analyses to differentiate the program
• Document current vs future-state design and maintain a roadmap
• Own end-to-end operationalization of distribution program elements
• Drive cross-functional readiness with Channel Ops, IT, Finance, Enablement, and Marketing

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in partner programs, channel strategy, or GTM roles in tech
• Proven track record designing and operationalizing channel programs
• Strong understanding of distribution models, rebates, and pricing
• Experience building incentive models with ROI outcomes
• Ability to own both strategy and execution
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate program performance
