Distribution Supervisor

📋 Description

• Team Leadership: hire, train, coach, and supervise loadout staff.
• Operational Oversight: manage daily receiving, storing, and shipping.
• Inventory Management: ensure load accuracy, stock control, and reconciliation.
• Logistics Coordination: organize, schedule, and track carrier shipments; optimize routes.
• Safety and Compliance: enforce DOT/OSHA safety standards at all times.
• KPI and Performance: monitor KPIs and drive productivity improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous leadership experience in warehouse/logistics environments.
• Familiarity with DOT and OSHA regulatory requirements.
• Experience training others on new processes or procedures.
• Aptitude for equipment operation and troubleshooting.
• Excellent leadership, team-building, and people-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication with all management levels.
