Distribution Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead and supervise loadout personnel; support Delivery Manager in daily back dock operations.
• Meet or exceed operational goals through planning, communication, and safety.
• Manage daily receiving, storing, and shipping of materials.
• Oversee load accuracy, stock control, and reconciliation in our systems.
• Coordinate logistics: scheduling/tracking carrier shipments; optimize routes and transit times.
• Use data and analytics (TMS, Jalapeno) to identify bottlenecks and boost productivity.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous leadership experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
• Familiarity with DOT and OSHA regulatory requirements.
• Adaptable to changing priorities, delegate, and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent leadership, team building, and people management skills.
• Experience training others to new processes or procedural updates.
• Nice-to-have: Lean Six Sigma, PMP, TPM or related certifications.
