📋 Description

• Field Team Leadership and Development: Oversee Field Install Teams across multiple markets
• Conduct quarterly store performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching, training, and development
• Establish clear expectations, foster collaboration, and ensure teams consistently meet quality
• Support additional operational initiatives, including store operations requests, consolidated
• Project Planning and Execution: Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and execution of new store
• Develop monthly scopes of work and project schedules based on business needs, forecasted labor

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; relevant professional experience may substitute for formal education on
• Between 2 and 5 years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale projects, including budgeting, scheduling, resource
• Previous experience overseeing third-party labor teams, contractors, and vendors, with the ability
