• Manages operational teams servicing specific trades to meet client expectations and performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent facilities-management experience
• 7+ years facilities-management experience
• Vendor-management skills
• 2-3 years people-management experience
• Experience coordinating multiple vendors for day-to-day work orders and capital projects
• Experience with data tools to measure, track, and enforce performance standards
