🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in veterinary multi-unit operations or leadership
• Deep understanding of veterinary hospital ops and KPIs
• Strong P&L fluency and financial acumen
• Excellent organizational and people management skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Mentoring and developing Operations Managers
