🎯 Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of multi-unit regional management in food & beverage, restaurant
2+ years of leadership in a customer service-oriented role.
Ability to hire and coach a diverse part-time hourly staff.
In-depth knowledge of business functions (supply chain, P&L analysis, customer service
Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience with baking/bakery equipment is a plus.
