📋 Description

• Stay informed about your communities; visit each property frequently to inspect and audit the
• Analyze financial statements and make necessary operating adjustments to improve the revenue
• Conduct follow-up activity as needed with new and current residents.
• Maintain positive working relationships with residents, vendors, and contractors.
• Review and approve payment for invoices from individual properties weekly to avoid late payments.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years within the Multifamily industry, as well as a Bachelor's or Associates degree is
• A proven track record of leading performance improvement and developing multifamily assets
• Strong Marketing/Leasing experience and a thorough knowledge of all applicable Federal and State
• Strong financial reporting, organization, and accounting skills; this role is directly responsible
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; amazing interpersonal relations skills with a
• Strong computer proficiency: this role needs a good familiarity with Entrata, Excel, and Microsoft
