District Manager, Fulfillment Operations

📋 Description

• Oversee regional fulfillment performance across a network of facilities.
• Develop operational strategies to improve safety, quality, and service.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, supply chain, and support teams to optimize delivery.
• Establish standards and SLAs to enhance merchant and customer experiences.
• Lead data-driven improvements with KPI tracking and reporting.
• Travel ~50% to regional sites across Canada to align teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, logistics, supply chain, business, or equivalent experience.
• 4–6+ years in operations management, fulfillment, logistics, or warehouse leadership.
• Strong DTC fulfillment operations experience.
• Experience leading complex warehouse environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel for data analysis and decision making.
• Deep knowledge of WMS; ability to partner with product/tech teams.
