• Lead operational excellence across stores and brand standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in multi-unit retail leadership (apparel, lifestyle, or customer-centric environments).
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering strong financial results.
• Experience managing P&L, labor planning, and store operations at scale.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel regularly between stores within your region.
