• Lead Majors Expansion Sales on Financial Services team. Promote Snowflake values and inclusive
• Recruit, coach, and motivate a robust Majors sales team.
• Develop territories with strategic planning; influence GTM for top financial services companies.
• Sell Snowflake to C-suite audiences and drive new logo acquisition.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams & technical partners.
• Build a culture around Snowflake Core Values and drive business value in complex cycles.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS required
• 15+ years selling Cloud Solutions, Infrastructure Software, Databases, Analytic Tools, or
• 10+ years managing a sales team
• Experience selling to Financial Services industry
• Proven ability to coach AEs, navigate legal/ procurement negotiations, and drive targets
• Ability to inventory software state, define migration plans, and build business cases
