• Lead and develop Area and Studio Managers to meet performance standards.
• Provide regular, constructive feedback to managers.
• Support studios facing retention and performance challenges.
• Ensure timely handling of employee issues and maintain morale.
• Monitor studios to ensure consistency with Rowan’s standards.
• Drive sales growth and profitability across locations.

• Proven multi-unit retail management with a track record of driving sales and ops.
• Exceptional leadership with coaching and developing teams.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple locations.
• Excellent communication skills to build relationships across the organization.
• Analytical skills to interpret sales data, identify trends.
• Proficient with Google Suite (Calendar, Gmail, Sheets, Docs).
