District Sales Manager

📋 Description

• Own sales activities and growth initiatives across an assigned geographical territory, developing
• Identify, develop, and lead large contractor conversion opportunities from prospecting through
• Build and maintain strong relationships with security dealers, distributors, contractors, and
• Conduct opportunity-advancing sales calls and identify new opportunities for product adoption
• Demonstrate and sell end-to-end security solutions, adapting presentations and recommendations to
• Educate contractors and distributor personnel on products, solutions, capabilities, and value

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
• At least 2 years of experience in the security industry or a closely related field.
• At least 1 year of experience using CRM software, with Salesforce experience strongly valued.
• Experience managing territories and following a structured sales process from opportunity
• Knowledge of security products, technical solutions, contractor business models, or related channel
• Experience with two-step distribution and multi-channel sales environments is desirable.
