🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years direct-to-consumer sales experience (door-to-door, mobile sales, credit card or financial
• 7+ years proven management and leadership experience, managing teams of 10 or more
• 7+ years training and coaching proficiency developing and delivering sales training programs
• Strong existing network of high-performing sales representatives
• Proven ability to drive profitability across multiple locations
• Strong understanding of Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
