Divisional Client Services Manager, Home Care

📋 Description

• Lead Client Services Managers and office teams across MA and RI territory
• Provide superior customer service and ensure high-quality home care services
• Travel regularly throughout MA and RI to provide hands-on leadership and support
• Partner with Directors and Division Leadership to identify priorities and support office objectives
• Coach, train, and develop operational staff and Client Services Managers
• Share best practices and act as subject matter expert for key processes and technology platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• Minimum of one year of caseload growth experience; three+ years preferred
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience required
• Healthcare/ home care/ staffing/ recruiting experience preferred
• Proven track record of achieving goals and taking on increasing responsibility
• Strong interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills
