Document Control Specialist

📋 Description

• Administer document management guidelines and provide governance over document control standards
• Create and manage document and drawing review sessions through Autodesk Forma and Bluebeam
• Coordinate reviewers according to project distribution matrices, establish review periods and
• Compile reviewer feedback into comment logs and issue consolidated comments to document issuers
• Maintain comprehensive logs of documents under review, assigned reviewers, deadlines, transmittals
• Support project kickoffs by establishing document placeholders, numbering structures, and folder

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in document control or a related role supporting engineering, procurement
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, including Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Drive.
• Working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud/Forma and Bluebeam Revu, or the ability to learn
• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information to
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage high volumes of documentation
