Documentation Engineer II

📋 Description

• Become a Storyblok and headless CMS authority for developers, agencies, and customers.
• Help users understand Storyblok; create tutorials, guides, FAQs, and API docs.
• Write sample apps, prototypes, and code samples to showcase Storyblok capabilities.
• Assist teammates by removing blockers and completing tasks.
• Mentor teammates in an open, respectful, and empathetic manner when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in web development.
• Proven technical writing and documentation experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS or related field, or equivalent.
• CMS experience; Headless CMS a plus.
• RESTful APIs knowledge; GraphQL a plus.
• Modern JS frameworks experience (Vue, React, Next, Nuxt, Astro, Svelte).
