• Monitor assigned queues and follow up on requests for documentation needed to determine final

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree is preferred.
• Approximately one year of related experience in medical review, healthcare, pharmacy, or a
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and documentation skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including a professional telephone presence and
