Domestic Customer Service Rep II

📋 Description

• Provide support via email and phone for transportation processes
• Create and manage pickup and domestic movement requests
• Support quotations and ensure accurate shipment data
• Verify transport docs for domestic shipments
• Upload/manage digital documents for compliance and traceability
• Monitor shipment progress with drivers and agents

🎯 Requirements

• Degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Logistics, International Relations, or
• Minimum 1 year in customer service, preferably in transportation/logistics
• Intermediate English proficiency for international environment
• Basic knowledge of Office tools/Windows
• Familiarity with national transportation docs and logistics processes
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills
