📋 Description

• Oversee all aspects of store operations during shift, including cost controls, inventory control
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards.
• Manage staffing, paperwork submission, food management, scheduling, and store image standards.
• Ensure store cleanliness and profitability.
• Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, and meet quality control standards.
• Greet customers enthusiastically, take orders, and field customer concerns.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Ability to stand for majority of shift and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to crouch, squat, stoop, bend, or use stairs occasionally.
