📋 Description

• Be the boss during your shift; manage team and operations.
• Oversee staffing, cost controls, inventory, cash handling, customer relations.
• Adhere to policies and maintain schedule and standards.
• Provide on‑the‑job training and orientation.
• Operate all equipment and process orders; handle deliveries and store tasks.
• Grow through advancement paths from assistant manager to general manager/owner.

🎯 Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Strong math, multitasking, and communication skills
• Ability to read and follow written instructions; verbal communication with customers
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide; make correct monetary change
• Able to enter orders via computer or touch screen; read maps for delivery
• Physical ability to stand, lift, push, pull and navigate stairs
