Donor Lifecycle Engagement Strategist

📋 Description

• Build and optimize donor journeys: Translate approved audience strategies, donor experience plans
• Manage marketing automation: Build, configure, schedule, and maintain multi-step email journeys
• Coordinate audience selection and personalization: Collaborate with Fundraising, Digital Marketing
• Ensure quality and delivery: Conduct end-to-end quality assurance covering audience counts
• Monitor active campaigns: Identify and resolve or escalate issues involving data, content, delivery
• Maintain operational documentation: Keep journey maps, configuration records, communication

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Fundraising, or a related field, or
• At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in email marketing, marketing automation
• Demonstrated experience building and managing multi-step automated journeys using Salesforce
• At least 2–3 years of experience in email production, audience segmentation, personalization
• Experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders, dependencies
• Ability to translate strategic objectives and audience insights into clear workflows, communication
