📋 Description

• Create and maintain accurate 2D drawings from 3D models per standards.
• Identify critical vs non-critical dimensions for fitment and tolerance.
• Collaborate with engineering to model window shade components.
• Leverage SolidWorks to develop efficient models and drawings.
• Mentor engineers and teammates on SolidWorks techniques and workflows.
• Utilize SAP ECTR for product data management and documentation quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-year associate degree in drafting/CAD or comparable experience.
• SolidWorks experience; CAD proficiency; Word, Excel, Project, Minitab.
• Strong knowledge of ANSI drafting techniques.
• Metrology instruments experience (calipers).
• Knowledge of mechanisms including gears, clutches, cams, pulleys.
• Knowledge of plastic injection molding and extrusion processes.
