3+ years of professional drafting experience (architectural, construction, or design)
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting software
Understanding of entry-level drafting roles (Architectural Drafter, CAD Tech, Junior Designer)
Passion for mentoring and helping career changers
Strong communication and teaching abilities
Availability at least three evenings per week (Tue–Thu)
