Communicate directly with drivers to understand concerns and manage expectations.
Collaborate with internal teams to investigate driver issues and deliver solutions.
Track and report on driver performance metrics including timeliness and fraud.
Ensure steady driver supply, manage commercials, and optimize vehicle utilization.
Lead fleet training to deliver exceptional customer experiences per SOPs and SLAs.
Conduct video recordings at designated locations 6 times per month.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred.
Minimum one year of experience in driver management.
Prior experience in operations or customer service is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong analytical skills to understand KPIs and achieve targets.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment under pressure.
