Driver Operation Associate (Driver Management)

📋 Description

• Support daily driver operations via admin processing and tracker updates
• Conduct coaching calls with Driver Partners who breached policies
• Enforce platform, service, and safety standards
• Handle driver inquiries via walk-in, email, chat, and internal platforms
• Ensure cases are processed per SOPs and timelines
• Escalate operational issues and follow through to resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Bilingual in English and a Mother Tongue; support partners in their language
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven
• Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
