• Design and execute acquisition strategies to expand vehicle and driver supply across Bandung and
• Pitch to fleet owners and drivers through online meetings, site visits, and community outreach to
• Activate newly onboarded fleet companies by allocating order demand to drive initial fulfillment
• Lead field sales team to generate leads and hit regional target.
• Build an active driver affiliate network and partner with local driver communities.
• Manage offline driver events, fleet activations, and initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of logistics or startup experience, with deep knowledge of the West Java market.
• Strong connections within regional driver communities; local language proficiency (Sundanese)
• Proven ability to manage field teams and lead direct sales or partner acquisition.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
